The Timelapse Project

What is the TimeLapse Project?

Quite simply, the purpose of the TimeLapse Project is to make a timelapsed movie of a tree over the course of a year. The tree will grow new leaves in the spring, produce flowers and fruit in the summer, then shed its leaves in the fall.

A computer has been set up to automatically take three photographs at noon time every day and post them to this web site. Visitors like yourself can vote on the "best" picture for inclusion in the movie or leave comments on the pictures.

Three new images will be posted every day at approximately 12:10 PM Pacific Standard Time.
